Run on our serene rural property, with a small group of like-minded people, you will be encouraged to step away from the frantic day to day life, slow-down and explore your patterns of behaviour and learn techniques to rebuild your resilience.
Throughout the day you will be supported to step into the present moment to explore your blocks, your stressors and discover new techniques bringing balance back into your everyday life.
This carefully designed program incorporates Equine Assisted Learning experiences, Group Activities /Discussion & Mindfulness.
