MOVING FORWARD
In this program you don’t need to tell your story, instead you will be asked to stay in the present moment. We will help you to understand more about why and how trauma affects us and we will support you to slow-down in order to raise your self-awareness, notice your early warning signs of escalation, identify your triggers and examine your learnt responses.
You will be invited to take part in a series of carefully graded activities which raise your awareness and help you to read and regulate yourself. Through the ‘reflective’ qualities of these amazing creatures you will learn to build trust and confidence in the new-found relationship. Discussions are carefully facilitated to encourage you to explore and share your experiences without fear of judgement.
